Processing Time

Shipping Method
We work with several well-known logistics companies, such as SEUR, MRW, NACEX and Correos, to provide you with safe and fast delivery services. You can choose the appropriate delivery option during checkout.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.

Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, the delivery time in Spain is 5 working days. Please note that special circumstances (such as holidays, bad weather, etc.) may cause delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Damaged or missing items
If you find that the item is damaged or missing when you receive it, please contact us within 48 hours and provide relevant photos and order information. We will process a refund or replacement for you as soon as possible.

Signature requirements
All packages must be signed for by the recipient upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for the package in person, it is recommended that you choose a reliable recipient to sign for you or provide an address where the package can be received.
